Because every company is different! With custom-made business games, we base the starting scenario of the simulation accurately on the actual situation of your business. We take into account your industry and corporate structures, as well as your terms, ratios and control logic. If requested, we will even work in »real« number relations. That way participants can empathise better with the economic environment of their own company. Our business games are not EDP-assisted / computerised, but made to touch (board games) – in order to grasp the processes involved easier.

is a business graduate and has been working as a consultant, trainer and coach in the field of business administration and corporate management since 2003. One focus of his activities is the development of customized trainings and business games as well as their implementation.
is a specialist in the field of corporate transaction consulting, corporate planning and business development. Since March 2011, he has been a professor in the field of corporate finance at FH Landshut.
advises manufacturing companies with a focus on business management and technological business processes and their optimization. His many years of experience as an executive in various corporate constellations help him in this.
is a trained banker and business graduate. At ZAHLENWERK he is responsible for the development and implementation of business management games and the conception of seminars.
is a certified business economist GBS, Munich, a certified marketing specialist IHK and a certified industrial business administrator IHK. Brand management, sales business development and market expansion are his competences.
holds a doctorate in business administration and economics. After his first professional years as a sales and marketing manager, he worked for Roland Berger Strategy Consultants for 5 years. Since 2009 he is managing partner of Primera Group.
is a graduate industrial engineer with a technical first degree and has more than 10 years of experience in operative production, project and sales controlling. He is a specialist in setting up controlling software with MS Excel for SMEs

holds a degree in industrial engineering and has been working in the fields of information technology and strategy as well as controlling and organization for more than 15 years, especially in the implementation of controlling tools (e.g. BI soft-ware).
is a trained office administrator. She continuously specialized in all relevant aspects of organization and execution in the field of accounting, including accounting according to IFRS as well as US-GAAP.
